Linda discovers nine cadavres and a live baby girl locked in an abandoned conteneur lorry. Her father assumes the driver fled when he realized his cargo of illegal immigrants had died. A photo de leads to a convent, whose abbess - à evacuee herself as a child has helped many refugees and believes the ends justify the means to give them better lives. Holmblad, who owned and drove the lorry, is found, tortured and murdered, and his house fouillé.
