Srđan Karanović

Srdan Karanović (né le 17 Novembre 1945) is a Serbian film director and scénariste. He has, janvier dirig 17 films since 1968. Son film, quelque Chose entre was screened in the Un Certain regard" section at the 1983, le Festival de Cannes. A Film with No Name (jusqu'à ce que Sans un Bon Nom) won the Golden Tulip Award at the Istanbul International Film Festival in 1989. He is currently a professor of film directing at FDU (Faculty of Dramatic Arts) in Belgrade. His 2009 film le Diable was selected as the French entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 83rd Academy Awards but it didn't make the final court.
