After a heavy quarrel with her mother the 14 year old Lila Pêcheurs disappears without leaving a trace. A horrible time of uncertainty begins for her parents, Marlis and Henry Pêcheurs, because they have to expect with the worst. The police are on, and Commissaire Luke Paix takes over the case.
