Poland. West Coast. 1966. Szczecin Stargard next to a huge Soviet military airport dans Kluczew. Mariusz Marzeda - a provincial de l'opéra et de l'opérette ténor comes into neighbourly conflict with a local courtesan. He is used to practising early in the morning whereas the daughter of Corinth wants to sleep off working hard at night. As the woman is extremely influents dans the area, Marzeda becomes a social outcast.
